    Intake

    60-minute matching and scoping call. Confirm fit, clarify goals, agree cadence.

    Core programme

    Six 60-minute 1:1 sessions over three months. Remote or in-person. Structured around your goals, not a rigid curriculum.

    Between sessions

    Short written summaries, agreed actions, light-touch check-ins. No message overwhelm.

    Review

    End-of-programme review against the goals set in session one. Continue, pause, or graduate.
